Step 1
Pour in from 2 to 5 litres of high quality water into the container and then turn on the device. Pump the water with the pump facing down to get rid of any air bubbles. Wait until the water temperature reaches 38°C.
Step 2
Spread your legs and gently insert the Nozzle into the rectum. Do not force the nozzle as it may lead to injury. Use lubricant (gel) for easier insertion. Point the direction of the Nozzle towards your umbilical cord. If it is uncomfortable inserting the Nozzle from the front, then try inserting the Nozzle from behind.
Step 3
Release the clamp. Hold the Pump pointing upwards and pump the water gently about 10 times or about 250ml to 500ml of water. If you feel any discomfort, then stop. Clamp the tube and hang up the tube on its holder. Sit on the toilet to release colonic contents. Wash your hands.
Step 4
In order to release as much of the water and colonic gas as possible, massage your abdomen. Follow the shape of your abdomen from right to left and gently massage your abdomen. Also try turning your body side to side.
Ensure you wash your hands each time with soap. Repeat with more water. 700 ml to 1L (for women) and 1L to 1.5L (for men).
Step 5
When you are done, release the Clamp and pump the remaining water from the device. Wash the Nozzle with soap. Wash your hands. Store the device. Do not store anything in the container as it may get scratched.
